Support Between Therapy Sessions (Non-Crisis)
While Lumos Counselling is not a 24-hour service, we understand that life can feel challenging between sessions. For non-emergency support, we warmly invite you to schedule a session with one of our therapists. Taking the first step toward support can make a meaningful difference in your well-being.
Taking the first step can feel big, but you don’t have to do it alone. Let us know what kind of support you’re looking for and which clinician you’d like to connect with and we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
