Monthly Open Group | Navigating Tradition, Expectation, and Hope
Starting March 24 from 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
This dedicated space is designed for individuals of South Asian descent navigating the complexities of the fertility journey. The group provides a culturally attuned environment to explore the intersections of family expectations, traditional values, cultural identity, and reproductive health.
Each monthly gathering introduces a new theme, creating space for reflection, shared experiences, and compassionate dialogue. Participants benefit from community support, cultural understanding, and collective healing while navigating fertility-related challenges.

5 Weeks | Finding Balance Through Connection
Navigate life’s storms with a toolkit designed for stability and emotional balance. This skills-based group explores the four core pillars of DBT: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
The final week focuses on self-compassion, helping participants integrate the skills learned while cultivating a kinder relationship with themselves.

Shifting the Lens: A CBT Journey
6 Weeks | Foundational Skills for Cognitive Growth
This structured group guides you through the architecture of your thoughts. From mastering the Thought Record to building weekly resilience practices, participants learn how to identify cognitive patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and develop healthier perspectives.
Through guided CBT exercises and collaborative discussion, this program helps participants build lasting cognitive tools for everyday life.

Clinical Supervision
Strengthen your clinical practice. Book a supervision consultation to support your professional growth.
Our online supervision group supports Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) and Canadian Certified Counsellors (Qualifying) in developing clinical skills and reflective practice.
Sessions are held on the first Tuesday of every month from 2:15–3:15 PM EST and focus on case discussion, ethical decision-making, and professional growth in a supportive peer environment.
